Our work is made possible through funding from our national affiliates, whose support gives each of our clients a sound financial beginning.
Church World Service delivers humanitarian aid to areas suffering natural disaster in the United States and around the world, and they support grassroots projects to bring food security and economic growth to places in need of stability. By partnering with local nonprofits like Refugee Focus, Church World Service provides for the resettlement of approximately 8,000 refugees a year in over 21 states.
Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services acts globally to protect and empower migrants and refugees. Strengthened by “a world of just and welcoming communities,” they advocate for the rights of migrants in detention and victims of torture and human trafficking. Partnering with resettlement agencies in 25 states, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services makes it possible to resettle nearly 7,000 refugees every year.
Episcopal Migration Ministries equips local nonprofits, like Refugee Focus, and faith groups to embrace arriving refuges into “a climate of welcome.” They coordinate the voyage of refugees from overseas camps and processing centers to United States agencies equipped for receiving refugees and finally into supportive and prepared communities. Partnering with resettlement agencies in 22 states, Episcopal Migration Ministries provides for the resettlement of more than 3,500 refugees each year.
Administered under the Arizona Department of Economic Security, the Arizona Refugee Resettlement Program gives Refugee Focus administrative and financial support, allowing us to maintain talented staff and create reliable programming.
